・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No paper ticket will be mailed. Please report to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placing them will be considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and orders without checkout will not be added to the student list.
・If unable to attend or reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
- According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Educational Advancement Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-term Tutoring Classes" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are based on the following:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
- Rescheduling is limited to classes within the next 2 months, and you must proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the fee. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please choose the refund option.
- For the class on the day of the scheduled session, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other students, tardiness exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to accompany or join the activity, unless a child cannot complete the activity independently and requires a parent's assistance, or in special cases where parent-child participation is necessary. In such cases, please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a change of session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This course includes unlimited self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience activities as needed. These may be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff on-site during the event, and we will make special arrangements.
