▶ Important Notes
・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before proceeding with your registration.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid will be considered incomplete registrations. Registration will close once the class is full, and unpaid orders will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, and you must proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled times, please choose a refund.
* On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
* To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid guests are not permitted to accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or for special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session has not reached 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the craft classroom. This class includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
