Once the designer confirms the photo and requirements are suitable, they will arrange a schedule for drafting and coloring. During the sketch process, two minor adjustments are permitted; significant changes will incur a fee for the third adjustment. 3. Coloring will commence only after the sketch is approved. No changes can be made after coloring. 4. Upon final approval of the artwork, printing and shipping will be arranged.
