For damages incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, and determined to be a quality issue, ARTEMISI will offer an exchange or complimentary repair. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a service fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs for jewelry; this includes costs for lost components, damaged jewelry under specific conditions, or any other potential repair issues. a. Gem-grade zircons under 0.2 carats will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. A material fee will be charged for gem-grade zircons over 0.2 carats. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin remains intact, and the original pearl is preserved, repair is free of charge. c. For broken pins (pin stuck inside the pearl) or lost pearls, a fee for the pearl material and labor will be charged. 3. For natural damages occurring more than three months after the purchase date, repair fees ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the situation.
