While traditional paper uses a pulp from bark, paper-cloth retains the bark's long fibers. These fibers are spun into yarn, woven into paper-cloth, and then cut and sewn into various products. Thanks to these retained long fibers, paper-cloth is more resilient than conventional paper. Its advantages include washability, breathability, quick drying, and resistance to mold.
