What is meditation? For me, it's about complete self-acceptance, embracing all states of being—whether sadness, anger, or distress, or joy, excitement, and ease—and simply being present with yourself in this moment.
Meditation can be incredibly effective for resting the mind and releasing stress (as monitored by smartwatches);
it improves breathing patterns. When breathing slows, it helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting brainwaves into a relaxed state, and promoting the body's self-healing mechanisms;
it creates space for the heart, allowing you to relax, slow down, and face life with greater composure;
it fosters intuition, enhances sensitivity, and expands spiritual awareness...
In the first half of the session, we'll use meditation practices to become aware of and feel the language of your body and mind. Then, through the sound and vibration of singing bowls, we'll clear negative energy stored in the body's cells, soothing emotions and relaxing the mind. When we feel calm and relaxed, allowing energy to flow naturally, we can more freely inhabit the present moment, seeing the blessings and meaning behind the chaos.
We invite you to give yourself an opportunity to rest and reset. Through meditation, listen to yourself, then settle and release deeply within the sounds of the bowls, creating more space in your body and mind to welcome new opportunities and experiences.
▎ **What are Singing Bowls?**
Singing bowls are instruments crafted from various metal alloys. Originally used as daily utensils by the inhabitants of the Himalayan region, they were also employed by spiritual practitioners as ritual objects and tableware. Later, upon their introduction to the West, it was discovered that different bowls produce unique sounds and frequencies capable of inducing deep relaxation. Consequently, they have become widely used in complementary therapies, beauty treatments, meditation, and yoga.

On a physical level, the human body is composed of about 70% water. On a psychological level, the long, harmonious tones of singing bowls can help quiet the mind, calm the spirit, and aid in releasing stress and resolving pent-up emotions.

1. Please turn off or silence your mobile phone during the session. No video or audio recording is permitted.
2. Please wear comfortable clothing without metal buttons or zippers. Maintain an empty stomach for at least 30 minutes before the session.
3. It is recommended to bring water and a small towel/eye mask (if you are sensitive to light, you can place it over your eyes).
4. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least one day in advance. Rescheduling is limited to one change. No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day; however, you may transfer your spot.
