β’ Can be ironed at low temperature; keep dry when not in use.
β’ Do not tumble dry, soak, or hang to prevent fading or deformation.
β Handmade items naturally bear traces of craftsmanship; no two pieces will be exactly alike.
β Handmade items are not 100% perfect or identical. Please consider carefully if you are a perfectionist.
β Colors may appear slightly different on different phone screens and due to individual perception. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern.
β Handmade items require gentle care and should not be pulled or rubbed forcefully to avoid damage.
β To support environmental protection and reduce plastic use, some packaging materials may be upcycled or reused. We strive to minimize single-use materials. Perfectionists, please consider carefully.
β Handmade items are not eligible for unconditional returns or refunds within seven days. If you encounter any issues with your received item, please message us to discuss.
β All items come with a one-year warranty. Non-human-induced damage within one year can be repaired free of charge (please send photos for assessment).
