▶ Ticketing Policy
1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store representative from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides unified invoice receipts. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
