They will become softer and easier to use after a period of wear. Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends) starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. This product is crafted using the wet-molding technique. Air-drying alone takes approximately 2-4 days. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once molded into a three-dimensional shape. We will discard and remake any pieces with excessive flaws. As handmade items are time-consuming, please be patient. 💁🏻 Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before ordering. If an incorrect item is ordered due to a failure to verify with a photo, and you force your key into the case causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and the leather's natural grain is more visible. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be arranged freely, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be hot stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution with the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling may occur, especially with numerous or lengthy characters, or when using all uppercase letters. These occurrences are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This item is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, it will be shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Leather possesses natural grain patterns and may exhibit marks from the cow's growth period, such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with your order only if you find these natural characteristics acceptable. 5. All product photos are actual images. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot achieve the flawless finish of factory-produced goods.
