For example: 16.3mm (Please measure accurately; a 0.5mm error can result in a difference of one ring size). Method 2: Visit a jeweler or jewelry store to have your "international size" measured and tell me the number. Method 3: Wrap wire around your finger, ensuring a comfortable fit, then straighten it and measure its length.
