Taiwan's location blesses it with an abundance of fruit varieties. Market stalls overflow with fresh produce at every turn, and the fruit platters served in traditional ice parlors offer another charming sight. Grown on this land, different seasons bring forth an array of delicious fruits to savor. As summer arrives, enjoy a refreshing glass of juice alongside a vibrant fruit postcard. Pick up a pen and write a heartfelt message, a classic way to connect. This collection features nine Taiwanese fruit postcards, each with a short story I've written on the back, inspired by the scenes I encountered during the creative process. This one is :: Watermelon :: A rich dog runs in the evening yard / Red watermelon / Cicada sounds / Low stools lined up / Hearing coolness. On hot summer days, we eat watermelon together in the yard. In the afternoons, we always gather in the yard, listening to the cicadas; waiting for the night sky, and cherishing time with loved ones is wonderful. (P.S. Our dog's name is Rich, given by my mom.)
