I am drawn to ink wash painting and traditional opera, and this is a beautiful fusion. My hope is to share the wonderful harmony between Peking Opera and ink wash art with more people, showcasing its charm not as something austere, but as delightful and engaging. I wish to share the beauty of Chinese culture with you all :) Peking Opera, as a performing art, is not mainstream in Taiwan. I wonder how many young people might be intrigued by it. From the graceful movements, martial arts, vocalizations, to the art of facial makeup—all are exquisite! I strive to capture the characters' essence through "freehand brushwork" and a "playful style," making it more accessible and approachable for a wider audience!
