Customized Products (Special Orders) Orders for products made with selected leather or thread, engraved with specific characters as requested by the customer, or with modified designs are considered custom orders and cannot be resold. Any unreasonable requests (e.g., "the product is not as good as I imagined," "I missed the gifting occasion due to postal delays," "the texture is not smooth enough," "the color is different from the photos on the computer") for returns, exchanges, remakes, or refunds will not be accepted.
