This includes malicious orders from competitors (threatening us with negative reviews to remake products, demanding full refunds after receiving the remade items, and then leaving another negative review). Each of our products is made with full dedication, painstakingly stitched by hand, thread by thread. Any dispute with a customer is also a source of distress for us. Before ordering, all customers are kindly asked to understand the following: 1. As each finished product is hand-stitched, not machine-made, there may be slight variations in stitching technique and dimensions. These are inherent characteristics of handmade items and will not be accepted as grounds for return, exchange, remake, or refund. 2. As each piece is crafted individually, the wax thread and button styles/colors may vary depending on material availability. Provided that the item's functionality remains unaffected, such variations will not be accepted as grounds for return, exchange, remake, or refund. 3. Customized Products (Special Orders) Orders that involve selecting specific leather or thread colors, engraving custom text, or modifying product designs at the customer's request are considered customized orders and cannot be resold. Any requests for return, exchange, remake, or refund based on subjective reasons (e.g., "product is not as good as imagined," "missed the gifting occasion due to postal delays," "texture is not smooth enough," "color differs from the online photo") will not be accepted.
