Customized Products (Special Orders) Orders featuring chosen leather or thread colors, personalized text engraving, or design modifications are considered custom orders and cannot be resold. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, remakes, or refunds for any reason (such as disappointment with the product not meeting expectations, missed gift occasions due to postal delays, texture not being smooth enough, or color discrepancies compared to screen images).
