Little knowledge and precautions for ordering negatives
1. There must be a "transparent tape" connection in the middle of the extended version of the negative. If this is unacceptable, please do not place an order.
2. The custom-made casing of the film is shipped randomly, and the casing of the film is the casing left after shooting.
It is not a brand new product. Slight scratches or wear are normal. If it is unacceptable, please do not place an order.
3. It is recommended that the entire photo should be in the same direction so that it looks more comfortable.
4 Customized basic film header, the film can be easily rolled into the film shell,
Once it is involved, it cannot be taken out. The meat ball cannot make any compensation. If it is unacceptable, please do not place an order.
5. What to do if the film is rolled in?
1: Use the shell instead of the film: treat the wrapped film as a pendant, and store the memories forever
2: You want the film but not the shell; use scissors to cut in from the film outlet, carefully cut the film shell, and you can take it out, but the film shell will be destroyed.
3: Ask the photo shop to take it out: Most photo shops have tools to take out the negatives, but because these are not real negatives, the photos will usually be scratched or damaged after taking them out, which is full of risks.
4: Find a way to take it out online: Double-sided tape or other methods are available on the Internet, which is the most likely safe way to take it out.
6 How to save negatives
Avoid moisture and heat to prevent mold inside the film or discoloration of the film when the protective film is flipped up.
7. For the film winding method, please refer to the video tutorial at the end of the product page.
8 It is not recommended to use combined photos, overexposed photos, group photos, or over-dark photos.
All will make the image unsightly. If you have any questions about the photos, please ask the designer.
It is produced exactly according to the photos given by the customer, without any additional retouching or cropping.
9 The product is made of transparent material. On a cluttered background or a darker background, the background color will show through, causing visual confusion.
It is recommended to look at the sky in pure white or with sunlight for the clearest view.
10 The photo frame ratio is 3cmX2cm. If the ratio does not match, it will be cut appropriately to avoid faces or important subjects. If you do not accept the photo, you must inform us in advance.
