Extended film rolls will have a connection made with transparent tape in the middle. The outer casing of the custom film roll is shipped randomly. The casing is a used one left over from photography shoots, not brand new. Minor scratches or wear are normal; please do not order if this is unacceptable. 3. It is recommended to orient all photos in the same direction for a more comfortable viewing experience. 4. For the basic custom header, the film can easily roll back into the casing. Once rolled in, it cannot be retrieved. "肉球" cannot offer any compensation for this; please do not order if this is unacceptable. 5. What to do if the film rolls back in: 1. Want the casing, not the film: Treat the rolled-in film as a charm, a memory preserved forever. 2. Want the film, not the casing: Use scissors to carefully cut into the film exit of the casing and open it up. The casing will be destroyed. 3. Ask a photo lab to retrieve it: Regular photo labs have tools for retrieving film. However, since this is not real film, it will usually scratch or damage the photos upon retrieval, which is risky. 4. Search online for retrieval methods: Methods involving double-sided tape or other techniques can be found online and are the most likely to result in safe retrieval. 6. Film storage: Avoid humidity and heat to prevent mold growth inside the film or discoloration of the protective film. 7. For instructions on how to roll the film, please refer to the tutorial video at the end of the product page. 8. We do not recommend using collaged images, overexposed photos, group photos, or very dark photos, as these will result in less aesthetically pleasing prints. If you have concerns about your photos, please consult the designer. The product is made of transparent material. On cluttered or dark backgrounds, the background color will show through, causing visual confusion. It is recommended to view it against a pure white background or towards the sky in sunlight for the clearest image. 10. The photo frame ratio is 3cm x 2cm. If the ratio does not match, appropriate cropping will be done, avoiding faces or important subjects.
