(1) Each group of products purchased will be packaged in a complete carton. Since the products are all installed and shipped in a fixed group, they are usually larger boxes, and we will also help you wrap bubble wrap, etc. Anti-collision material packaging.
(2) If the purchased product is a product that needs to be installed by yourself, because the customized size needs to be machined to cut the pipe and the teeth, the thread at the joint of the normal pipe will be partially exposed, which is a normal situation.
(3) The iron parts are overlapped or the connected parts are welded, and the traces of the solder joints are normal.
(4) Different sizes of customized products must be quoted separately according to the situation. The boards of the products must agree with the texture, color, or the distribution of wood knots, which cannot be completely consistent. The finished pine wood itself is soft, and it is easy to have problems during the production or transportation process. Some small details and scratches cannot be completely avoided 100%.
(5) Customized products usually take time to wait. If the raw materials are extended or shortened, the actual situation is still the main thing. If the time is urgent, please communicate with the designer in advance, but for the sake of quality, we will not accept urgent orders. Please forgive me.
(6) The orderer must fully confirm the requirements of the customized product before payment. After the payment is made, no further modification can be made after the production is arranged, unless they are willing to bear the cost of material loss.
(7) Overseas buyers should write to the museum to communicate the shipping cost before purchasing. If the customized material is too large, it cannot be shipped. Please forgive me.
►Avoid exposing the logs to the sun for a long time or placing a high-temperature hot soup pot directly on the wooden table. Although the surface of the wood will be covered with protective paint or wood oil, the wood varnish has the function of adjusting the moisture and air. Wear resistance, stain resistance, water repellency and other functions, but not waterproof effect, so it is forbidden to soak in order to avoid paint peeling and rot.
