Variations in formula, weather, temperature, and humidity will impart unique characteristics to each cyanotype, resulting in subtle differences in tone depth. ● The cyanotype color derives from stable iron chelate compounds. Under normal use, it will not fade, bleed, or discolor. If accidentally exposed to moisture, wipe it dry promptly. Prolonged contact with water may alter the color. ● Avoid prolonged exposure of the cyanotype prints to intense sunlight, as this may cause the color to fade slightly. If this occurs, place the print in a shaded area for a period, and the color should gradually recover. ● The binding of the notebook features a flexible design that allows it to lie flat. However, this process involves adhering the cover, which may initially make the cover feel stiff. After use and the formation of creases, the cover will become more pliable.
