The "Lost Series" is inspired by the traditional Asian belief of consuming specific ingredients for their purported health benefits; the controversies surrounding their origins, the debated efficacy of ingredients, and the blur between myth and reality. Is the notion of "you are what you eat" truly accurate? Or are we simply caught in a迷思 (mísī - misconception/delusion)?
