**What is urgent service?**
For the sake of quality and order sorting, it is more fair to use the rush fee to differentiate. When you have temporary gift needs and need to receive works in advance, please be sure to communicate the correct delivery date first. Please do not pay directly and specify a lead time to avoid minor misunderstandings.

**Once you understand the characteristics of glass, you can become a glass expert~ What are glass droplets? Is it normal to have small bubbles?**

**glass drop**
Why is there a small raised bump on the rim of the cup? This small bump is called a "glass drop" in production terms. After the handmade glass products are completely formed, the excess glass solution is cut off, which is a characteristic of handmade glass made in front of the furnace. At the same time, leaving the closing mouth at the mouth of the cup can also prevent the absolute attraction between the glass accessories. For example, the heat-resistant glass tea set will be heated frequently. If the accessories are absolutely attracted to each other, the pot will be heated during the heating process. The high internal air pressure cannot be released, and danger is likely to occur when the internal and external air pressure difference reaches a certain level. Glass droplets are normal and present on all hand-blown glassware, and are an important feature that distinguishes handmade glass from machine-made glassware with the naked eye. (Note: Blowing process: Use a long iron pipe to dip the glass blank that has been melted by a high temperature of 1200 degrees. The glass craftsman blows air on the uncooled blank at the other end of the iron pipe to make the glass blank bulge and form the shape. , the first formed bottom hardens first. At this time, the glass at the mouth of the pot has not yet completely solidified. The craftsman uses a knife to gently cut along the preset position to separate the entire cup body from the remaining glass blank on the long iron pipe, forming a cup mouth. This creates a slight ball joint bulge at the mouth of the cup.

**small bubbles**
Handmade glass will have some handmade traces or small bubbles. The probability of producing "no handmade traces and no small bubbles" in a high-temperature processing environment is almost zero, but it basically does not affect the appearance, let alone the intrinsic quality and use, as long as it is There will definitely be small bubbles in handmade cups, but the size distribution is different in each piece. Every handmade cup from the designer will have defects.
Note on firing handmade cups: Generally, mass-produced products made of glass raw materials or mechanical molds are fired at a high temperature of 1400~1300°C. When the glass is in a liquid state, the air contained in it has risen to the surface, so there are fewer bubbles. However, most cast glass artworks are fired at a low temperature of 850°C. The hot glass paste flows slowly, and the air between the glass blocks cannot rise to the surface and naturally forms bubbles. The glass blowing process is completely manual, and bubbles will naturally be caused by air or impurities in the earth's environment, which is an unavoidable characteristic. But just as natural diamonds prove their natural meaning with their flaws, it is precisely because these bubbles prove their unique artistic value that they are hand-blown by masters.
Foreign artists say that "bubbles are the breath of glass."
The concept of bubbles and glass co-creating an artistic dance has reached a consensus in the field of international glass art creation. Artists mostly use bubbles to express the life texture of glass and become part of the appreciation of glass art.

**water pattern**
During the glass firing process, the water ripples caused by the extremely high viscosity glass water during annealing and demoulding are normal products and are also witnesses of the breakaway point during demolding.

**die cut marks**
During the production of glass cups with handles, molten glass water is poured into a mold of the desired shape, pressed into the inner film, and then smelted and cooled. Die-cut marks are formed during the annealing process, which is a natural phenomenon produced in craftsmanship. Defects (unique to handle glass craftsmanship)
