Please be patient while your custom order is being created. ☆ Repair Scope: We can repair hardware components such as clasps and stitching. However, personal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, and damage from contact with alcohol or other substances cannot be repaired. ☆ Animals, in their growth process, may have "growth marks" such as scars from falls, insect bites, vaccinations, or branding... etc. These are natural marks left on their skin. Different parts of the leather also exhibit different grain patterns. Scars and grain marks on leather products are inevitable and are unique characteristics of genuine leather. Please do not order if you cannot accept these. ☆ About Color Variation: The color of each piece of leather may vary due to the animal's growth experience, origin, breed, and the tanning process. There can also be color differences in product photography. Please do not order if you cannot accept these conditions. ☆ The colored leather used in Te Leather products is hand-dyed. Therefore, each dye batch may not be exactly the same. Please do not order if you are concerned about color variations. However, this is also what makes our hand-dyed leather unique and charming. Please ensure you accept this before placing a custom order. ☆ Waxed Series: The Waxed Series involves applying a layer of wax to the leather. With daily use, the wax will naturally wear off, creating a vintage look. ☆ Chestnut Series: The Chestnut Series uses vegetable-tanned leather in brown tones. Each piece of leather will have slight color variations. During production, we will create a similar color scheme based on the chestnut tones you prefer during our discussion (exact matches are not possible). Please ensure you accept this before ordering! ☆☆ Daruma Series - Hand-Applied Gold & Color: The gold application and coloring on the Daruma series are done by hand, stroke by stroke. There will be a noticeable handmade feel from the coloring process. Please ensure you accept this characteristic before requesting customization. ☆ Some gold may naturally flake off with daily use, which is normal. The gold effect will still be visible. ☆ About Hand-Engraving: Each character is hand-stamped onto the leather one by one. There will be a handmade feel to the engraving, and it will not be as perfectly straight and neat as machine engraving. Please ensure you accept this characteristic before requesting engraving. ☆ ⚠️⚠️ Do NOT use any chemical-based ⚠️ alcohol, bleach, detergents, solvents, polishes, or waxes. These products will harden and fade the leather surface, significantly shortening its lifespan. ☆ In daily use, if the leather comes into contact with oil or grease, it will leave deeper marks that cannot be restored to their original appearance. Therefore, please avoid contact with oil or grease on the leather surface during daily use! ☆ Daily Water Contact: Light contact with water, such as rain or splashes when washing hands, is not a concern. Water marks are normal signs of daily use.
