Head Charm Sculptures_Needle-felted (Suitable for both short and long-haired pets) Size: Approx. 5-6cm wide (depending on pet proportions) This technique captures fur patterns and natural hair flow. Please refer to the images for quality. Cat Head Sculptures Solid Color: NT$4300/piece Two or More Colors/Patterns: NT$4800+/piece Complex Pattern Distribution: NT$5000+/piece Dog Head Sculptures NT$4300-NT$6000/piece Needle-felted dogs require an assessment of color, fur flow, and other special characteristics before a quote can be provided. Pricing is based on the pet's coloring and the extent of needle-felting. For example, multi-colored or long-haired cats will require more time for color blending and needle-felting. Each head sculpture takes a minimum of 25 hours to create. (This does not include the time for repeated inspection and adjustment by the artisan; actual production time can exceed double this estimate.) **Add-on Items for Head Sculptures:** + Round Cookie (with embroidered text on cookie): NT$200 + Ribbon and Bead Charm: One of each can be gifted with this order. Please request if needed, and choose from available studio styles. + Front Paws/Hands (resting chin pose): NT$300-NT$600 (Price depends on color complexity and whether needle-felting is required) These can be added to head sculptures as desired. Shipping Fee: NT$65. For 2 or more items, shipping can be combined (only for delivery to the same address). The pricing above is for Sweetheart Village's custom orders from June to December 2022. This is for reference only for orders within this period. Pricing for the next batch of orders will be announced at that time. ----------------------------------------- >>Customization Process Before ordering, please carefully read the 2022 customization announcement, including details on content, fees, and process. 1. Starting from June 23rd (Thursday) at 12:30 PM, please first inquire via Pinkoi message. (Order slots will close once full). A total of 30 official slots and 20 backup slots will be available. The form will close once filled. If a slot is forfeited, backup applicants will be contacted in order. If you are not selected from the backup list, you will be automatically notified for future order openings. 2. After confirming your order slot with Sweetheart Village, you will receive a quote. Please complete the order on the dedicated Pinkoi listing within 3 days (full payment required for custom orders) to officially secure your slot. If payment is not completed within 3 days, it will be considered a forfeiture, and the slot will be offered to the next person in line. Slots will be released sequentially to backup applicants. 3. Sweetheart Village Production Process 3-1 Sweetheart Village sends production notification. Approximately 2 weeks before production begins, Sweetheart Village will send a notification. Upon receiving this, please provide photos of your pet as required. Each piece takes a different amount of time, so an exact start month cannot be predicted. Therefore, notification is sent 2 weeks prior to commencement. 3-2 Detailed communication to confirm customization details. After receiving the photos, we will have a detailed discussion to confirm customization details (e.g., choice of expression, key features, confirmation of add-on accessories, etc.). Once confirmed, production will proceed according to the schedule. 3-3 Production Time (Waiting Period) Head sculptures: Approximately 1-2 months Full-body chibi sculptures: Approximately 2-4 months Full-body realistic sculptures: Approximately 3-6 months Works from the same batch will be processed within the same time frame. During the production period, progress updates will not be provided as the work is not yet complete enough for review. If there are any issues requiring your assistance or confirmation, or if there are special circumstances that require more time, we will contact you. 3-4 Production complete. Work photos and video confirmation. Once the work is confirmed, it will be shipped. Upon completion, photos and a video of the work will be sent for your confirmation. If any minor adjustments are needed, the delivery date will be extended. You may request one set of minor adjustments. Please consolidate all adjustment requests into a single submission to avoid extended communication time. If multiple requests for different adjustments are made, or if there are significant changes to the original design, or if additional production requirements are added, additional fees may be charged based on the extra production time and costs. Customized products are personalized items and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
