Please read the following notes carefully before ordering: 1. Kindly send us photos for a quote and specify your desired pose and expression (e.g., lying down, standing, looking up, or any quirky stance). 2. If you have collected your pet's fur, you can send it to us along with the felt. We can embed it within the figurine. Shipping can be arranged via SF Express or postal mail. 3. Please provide photos of your pet from the front, side, top, and back, clearly showing their fur color, patterns, and distribution. Multiple angles are greatly appreciated for the shop owner's reference. 4. Use photos taken in normal lighting conditions. Overly bright, dark, or blurry images can affect the crafting process. (You can also provide photos of the same breed to supplement.) 5. Please share any distinctive features of your pet, if any, so they can be incorporated into the felt art. 6. Please indicate your desired completion date. Custom orders typically take about 15 days or more. Larger or more intricate pieces will require additional time. If this is a gift, please allow 1-2 months for creation. 7. After the initial creation, up to 5 revisions can be made. Please discuss any desired modifications with the shop owner once you have confirmed. 8. Optional add-ons include accessories like scarves, felt name tags, felt headwear, and a dust cover. This will not affect the felted item.
