Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
