Unlike synthetic or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins, which are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor dents or scratches are unavoidable. If the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid all markings, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to machine-made perfection but offers a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches or due to storage time. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it implies that you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
