▼About Us We started making dog clothes in 2018 with a focus on comfort, hoping our beloved dogs could enjoy their time comfortably. In a small atelier in Tokyo, we create and sell dog clothing as a husband-and-wife team, surrounded by our two Chihuahuas. The husband handles the design and production of the clothes, while the wife manages social media and the online store.
▼Our Commitment We prioritize comfort and ease of movement when dogs wear our clothing. To achieve this, we use carefully selected Japan-made fabrics of the same quality as those used for human clothing. Each pattern is uniquely designed by us and precisely tailored to different garments. Our sewing process is meticulous and detailed to ensure the highest quality. It takes time and effort, but we believe this is an essential step in creating high-quality, comfortable dog clothing.
▼About Our Production All of our dog clothing and accessories are designed and handmade by a single craftsman. Since we prioritize quality craftsmanship, we can only produce a limited number of items per day. For this reason, we use a made-to-order system, where each piece is crafted individually upon receiving an order. (Please note that production and shipping may take some time.)
▼About the Designer (Husband) While working as a company employee, he attended a fashion school specializing in dog clothing on weekends. There, he learned the fundamentals of sewing, pattern making, and designing well-fitting, comfortable clothes for dogs. Inspired by his passion, he decided to pursue dog clothing production independently. He further deepened his knowledge and eventually launched our online shop, continuing his craftsmanship to this day.
▼The Meaning Behind Our Brand Name We want to create comfortable, everyday dog clothes for "Kimi"—our precious, irreplaceable family member (our beloved dog).
▼The Story Behind Our Logo Our logo's motif is a thread, which is an essential partner in clothing production. Threads symbolize connection and weaving, much like the bond between a dog and its family. Through our handmade clothes, we hope to contribute to happier moments for dogs and their loved ones.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 2 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
