Green One Lab is a Hong Kong-based social design lab, specializing in sustainable product design and development.

Why One Straws?
The environmental damage caused by disposable tableware and straw is very serious. In order to preserve and create a beautiful living environment, we must take the first step, reuse rather than dispose of, put words into action.



Our "One Straws", One Pair Straw and One Roll Straw, blend creativity with environmental protection together, breaking the limits of traditional reusable straws. Our straws can be opened for cleaning, every part of the straw clearly visible and washable, solving the difficult-to-clean problem of traditional straws. We hope to encourage more stakeholders to participate in environmental protection. Take the first step to reduce waste and become part of the green movement.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.
Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:
  • Customized products
  • Opened personal hygiene products
Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop provides exchanges
  • Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
  • The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.
  • Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 7 working days.
  • Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 7 working days.
