ãOrdering Instructionsã
⧠It is recommended to book the cake 10-15 days in advance. If you cannot book within the recommended time, you can send a private message to ask if we can make the cake for you before your birthday.
¡ The cake will arrive frozen, so please allow time for thawing. Please fill in the arrival date as one or two days before the birthday, not the birthday.
¡ You can specify the delivery date from Monday to Saturday (only delivery during noon on Saturday). If it is a national holiday, there may be changes. Please refer to the Black Cat announcement.
¡ We accept orders within one month. If the deadline is exceeded, we will inform you whether to keep the order. If there is a public holiday or special circumstances, we will inform you to ship in advance.
If you decide to cancel the order, you can apply for cancellation seven days before the original delivery date.
¡ Orders for sugar dolls will be updated daily in the store based on the order status of the month. Orders can be placed on the selected date and arrival date.
¡ As it is a custom cake, the cake will be made only after the order is placed and the remittance is completed. If the remittance is overdue, the order will be cancelled by the system and will be deemed to have given up the reservation and no process will be arranged.

If you want to send to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately. The shipping fee to outlying islands is different from that to the island.

There are certain risks in cake delivery. We will do our best to take anti-collision measures, but there are still unavoidable factors in the delivery process. If there is displacement, biscuit breakage, minor damage to the squeezed flowers, or the details of the cake portrait falling off (such as a broken nose or ear), they are not within the scope of compensation and the risks must be borne by the customer.
We will take photos before shipping. When you receive the cake, please unpack and check immediately to see if there is "serious damage and shapelessness" or "cooling and corruption". If there is any problem, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible for follow-up processing.
¡ If you have any special questions about the delivery of the goods, please make a note when placing the order and we will make a note on the delivery order to remind the driver.
During the peak delivery period (Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double 11) and other festivals, the volume of goods is large and Black Cat cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Please order in advance and arrive 2-3 days before the birthday to avoid missing the birthday.
Due to the high volume of home delivery during festivals, the delivery quality is less stable. Please arrive early to avoid the peak period of home delivery during festivals. If the cakes delivered during the peak period of home delivery are damaged, we will not be responsible. Please think twice before ordering.
¡ Home delivery can specify the delivery date. If the delivery company encounters an emergency during the delivery process (such as being unable to contact the recipient, personal factors such as no one at the delivery address) or unavoidable factors (such as typhoons and natural disasters) that cause the delivery to be delayed, we will not be liable for compensation.
If you order more than two cakes and need to send them to different addresses, please place the order in two batches.
ãRecommendations and specifications for arrival dateã
Please try to arrive 1-2 days before your birthday to avoid uncontrollable factors during transportation on the expected arrival date and delays.
If you need to send the birthday cake to other places (such as B&Bs, hotels, restaurants), please send it to the birthday destination in advance, and the owner will collect it and pack it appropriately to avoid the situation where it is not delivered on the same day.
If you find that the cake is not delivered on the specified date and time, please contact Black Cat customer service or us before 17:00 on the same day to help you check the status and solve the problem, so as to avoid that the Black Cat station will not be able to handle it immediately after closing on the same day, and you need to wait until opening to handle it. We will not be responsible for overtime
If you need to contact the recipient by phone when the goods arrive, please be sure to tell us and we will make a special note to remind the driver to avoid the situation where the driver leaves when there is no one at the delivery address.
If you are not sure whether there will be someone to receive the package on the arrival date, or if you are not sure whether you can receive the driver's call, it is recommended that you go to the operation station where your package arrives and pick it up by yourself during the operation hours. If necessary, please inform us in advance.
