Because of his love for French desserts, the chef went to Tokyo's "Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute" to learn skills after running a macaron store for 3 years, where he learned the authentic French dessert craftsmanship from a French chef and the craftsmanship from a Japanese chef.
I was at a low point in my life at the time, and I hoped to get back on track in my daily life by pursuing my dreams.
So I immersed myself in the world of desserts, and found healing in the process of making and tasting desserts every day.
Because he deeply felt that "desserts that heal the heart are the secret to happiness", he founded BONBONHEUR Pâtisserie French handmade desserts after returning to Taiwan.
