2. Handcrafted pottery uses natural raw mineral ingredients, which may result in rough surfaces or spots after firing. Glaze firing may produce surface cracks (crazing), air bubbles, uneven surfaces (glaze contraction), color variations, etc., which are normal phenomena in handcrafting and do not affect functionality. Please understand before making a purchase.
3. The glaze on handcrafted pottery may have pores, and pottery itself has water-absorbing properties. To prevent the pottery from absorbing odors or colors, it is recommended to boil new pottery in rice water before initial use, then rinse thoroughly after natural cooling before use.
4. Upon receiving the package, please open and inspect the items within 24 hours. If there is any damage, please notify Shinmade immediately to facilitate confirmation with the logistics and ensure your rights.

• Before initial use, please wash with a sponge and mild detergent. Avoid extreme temperature changes during use.
• Avoid using electronic appliances such as dishwashers, dryers, and microwaves, as sudden temperature changes may cause discoloration of the glaze or cracking due to vibration.
• After using kohiki pottery or similar techniques, do not store directly. After cleaning, place in a well-ventilated area to dry thoroughly to prevent discoloration or odors.
