The Oolong tea produced in Songbailing Tea Area in Nantou uses the traditional tea-making technology that has been used for nearly a hundred years. It undergoes medium-light fermentation, roasting in a bamboo cage, and repeated baking several times over a long and slow fire to make an ancient Dongding flavored oolong tea.
With natural honey fruit aroma and roasted fire flavor, the tea is mellow and resistant to foaming. The frozen top tea, which has been roasted for a long time, has a mild tea nature, contains more oolong tea polyphenols and less tannins.
