【Customization Process】
Contact the Designer: First, contact the designer to discuss the timeline and other requirements. Confirm the customization details before placing an order.
Place Order and Payment: After confirming the order and payment, please send a clear photo of your face to the designer (group or individual photos are acceptable).
Start Drawing: Once the designer starts drawing, the photo and content cannot be changed.
Production Time: The production time is 5-7 working days (excluding holidays). If completed early, it will be delivered ahead of schedule.
Urgent Orders and Overseas Orders: For urgent or overseas orders, please notify in advance.
【Notes】
● Please allow at least two weeks for production time.
● Orders are processed in the order they are placed (not the order of contact).
● Customized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
● The original images cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.
