● Washing method
Hand wash/dry clean gently, do not soak for a long time. Hang dry, do not dry, you can steam iron.
Wash separately from dark clothes.

● About shipping time
In the case of clothes in stock, we will help you to ship within 1 to 2 days.
Because our clothes are all produced in small batches, sometimes we will encounter the situation where the current batch of clothes is sold out and the next batch is still produced in the processing plant. In this case, we will complete the production in the processing plant and pass our quality. We will help you to ship after the inspection. The waiting time for shipping during this period is about 5 to 14 days. If you have any questions about the shipping time after placing an order, you can contact us at any time to confirm.
● About transportation
Under normal circumstances, the product can be received about 7 to 10 days after shipment, except for the peak period of international transportation, which may increase the delivery time during the peak period.
All mailed products will be transported to the airport first, and then sent by air to the mailing destination. After customs clearance is completed, they will be transferred to the local transport company for delivery.
Friends in Taiwan can also choose "SF Express" mailing, so the speed of transportation will be faster (about 3 to 4 days), but the freight will be relatively expensive, you need to make up the difference.
※ Transportation companies to Taiwan's outer islands (Penghu, Matsu, Kinmen, Lianjiang, Outlying Islands, Xiaolanyu) will charge extra shipping fees. Please contact us before placing an order.
By default, Hong Kong will be mailed by SF Express. Products can be received 2-3 days after shipment.
