The story of the 730-layer butterfly cake｜
Puff pastry is a popular pastry in many European countries. In France, it is a common delicacy that can be found everywhere. Chambery's classic original puff pastry is modified based on the recipe of French master Pierre Hermé. Although the ingredients are simple, the production process is extremely complicated. The dough is kneaded from flour, natural butter, water and other ingredients, placed in the refrigerator for half a day to mature, and then completely wrapped around the fermented butter. After each pressing and folding, the dough must be placed in the refrigerator until it is completely relaxed. This process of 3-folding must be repeated 6 times before the 730 layers of homemade puff pastry are completed. After careful shaping, sprinkle with tempting sugar grains and bake in a 250-degree oven to allow each piece of butterfly cake to be fully expanded. It takes three days to make the butterfly puff pastry that is crispy on the outside and melts in your mouth on the inside!

💮Butterfly cookies will become soft when wet, please eat them as soon as possible after unpacking.
💮When the butterfly cake becomes soft, put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake it for 3-5 minutes to make the butterfly cake crispy again!
💮Please do not put the butterfly cakes in the refrigerator!
