Mug: Tea to water ratio 1g:150cc, brewing temperature 92-100 degrees, brewing time 3-5 minutes.
Teapot (evaluation cup): tea-water ratio 1g:50cc (can be back-flushed 3 times, soaking for 1 minute each time), brewing temperature 92-100 degrees.
Cold brew tea:
The ratio of tea to water is 1g: 150cc. Just put it in the refrigerator and let it stand for 6-12 hours. The best tasting period is 3 days (do not leave the refrigerator).
