▍Accessories Description

The stones are scarce, and each color and appearance is different and cannot be replicated. ▍Usage precautions
For hygiene reasons, disinfect the ear needles or Clip-On with an alcohol pad before wearing. Silver, Bronze and wires should be kept away from moisture and other chemicals, and please do not apply excessive force to the main body of the jewelry to avoid damage.
▍Maintenance method
Silver and Bronze can be wiped with a Silver cleaning cloth to restore their metallic luster; pearls and Stone can be partially cleaned with neutral soapy water. After wearing it for the day, it is recommended that you wipe it lightly with a dry cloth and then store it in a ziplock bag to keep it dry and reduce oxidation and stains. You can also hand it over to us for regular maintenance.
▍After-sales service
All products have a 6-month warranty, which only covers deformation, detachment or breakage of ear pins or Clip-On. The purchaser will be responsible for the main material repair and round-trip shipping costs. If an appointment is required for face-to-face repair, please contact us in advance. If the damage is obviously caused by human abuse, the above warranty will not be provided.

Except for omissions in shipment or obvious defects, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons; other products can only be exchanged once due to size issues. If there is no other size in stock, the exchange cannot be made, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. For returns or exchanges, please submit your application within the 7-day appreciation period of receipt, and return the packaging and contents intact. Late applications will not be accepted.
