Q. I want to purchase additional packages or small cards. What is the style?
A:We use plain wrapping paper and twine to pack. The twine will be tied with a small brand tag, which is simple and elegant!
The small card uses yellow sketch paper to do the edge destruction treatment, plus the sealing wax decoration, showing the hand-made atmosphere!
The package may be squeezed and wrinkled during the shipping process, please accept it before purchasing
Q. How many days does it take for production and shipment?
A:Generally, it takes 5-7 working days for production (based on the product page display, excluding holidays), about 2-5 days for delivery, depending on the delivery method and location you choose If it is in stock and there is no special demand, it can be shipped the next day after placing the order!
Q. I saw in the design hall that other cloths I like can also be made into small purses?
A:Yes, please take a screenshot of the fabric you want to change directly and ask the customer service in the station letter, we will help you place the order!
Q. I have to give it away in a few days. Can I take urgent orders?
A:You can first inform you the time you want to receive in the station letter. The designer will evaluate whether the order can be rushed or whether it is in stock according to the time. It takes a certain time for the designer to produce, especially when there are a large number of orders. After hard work, your hands will blisters. Q. I like the shape of XX brand very much, can I use your cloth to make it? Can the size help me make it bigger or add more inner separation?
A:Sorry, all the products in the museum are made by the designer personally. They belong to the brand's design products. You cannot change the size, imitate the shape of other brands, splicing various fabrics... etc. This behavior, we are a brand of gold bag, not a contract manufacturer!

. All products have a one-year warranty service. Any damage caused by improper use within one year can be repaired free of charge.
