This is a round and cute brooch of Mr. Tori in Hiragana.
A technique called ink penetration is used for the wings.
Kinyu is a crack pattern that is unique to pottery.
When ink is dripped on the pattern just after it comes out of the kiln, the pattern is dyed black.
This is a one-of-a-kind brooch that does not have the same pattern as one. Therefore, the pattern of penetration may differ from the photo.
