About the Salted Caramel & Toffee Dual Rotating Frame
◎ Inspired by the subtle balance between caramel and sea salt, this design intertwines layers of blue gradients with warm toffee hues. We use misty blue roses, Tiffany-colored Silver Daisy, and Turkish-colored canary grass, creating a refreshing and calming atmosphere. Paired with specially selected toffee-colored wine cup fruit, it adds a soft, warm dimension to the overall look. Each flower and color combination is seamlessly blended, with cool and warm tones delicately balancing to evoke a perfect sense of beauty and harmony, leaving a unique impression for your special moments.

◎ Free in-person pickup is available at MRT stations in Taipei and New Taipei. Please message us to confirm a time before placing your order.
◎ Our studio is located in Zhongshan District, Taipei. For Lalamove, we recommend delivery within Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan areas. Shipping fees are paid by the recipient and based on Lalamove’s standard rates. You may also inquire about picking up your order at a Taipei MRT station before placing your order.
◎ For medium to large or fragile floral arrangements, self-pickup is recommended. Alternatively, we suggest using Taiwan Yamato International Logistics Inc (Black Cat delivery) or Lalamove.
◎ For medium to large flower arrangements (especially bouquets), we recommend placing only one item per box to avoid squashing. If you order more than two items, please place separate orders for each.
◎ Slight shedding of dried flowers during shipping is normal.
Care Tips
◎ Preserved and dried flowers are real flowers that have undergone special treatment, requiring no watering. It’s recommended to place them in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding humidity and direct sunlight.
◎ When properly stored, they can last for several years, with the best viewing period being around two years. Gradual fading and becoming brittle over time is normal.
◎ If dust accumulates after long-term display, gently remove it with a dust blower or a cotton swab.
◎ In humid conditions, preserved flowers may release colored glycerin, causing staining. During consecutive rainy days, use a dehumidifier, and if any mold appears on the leaves, clean with 75% or higher alcohol and let dry in sunlight or use a hairdryer on a low setting.

◎ Preserved and dried flowers are made from natural blooms, so each flower and leaf may vary slightly in color and shape. As each piece is handcrafted, the arrangement is adjusted according to the natural form of the flowers and leaves, meaning no two pieces will be identical, and some imperfections are normal. Please consider this carefully before placing your order if you are concerned about such details.
◎ We strive to use the same materials as described, but if certain flowers become unavailable due to market conditions, the designer may make appropriate substitutions.
◎ Due to variations in screen settings and lighting conditions, the actual color of the product may slightly differ from what is shown in the images. We've done our best to accurately represent the colors, but please refer to the actual product for the most accurate representation.
◎ Customized orders are non-refundable.
◎ As flowers are perishable items, unless there is a functional defect, they are not covered by warranty under legal provisions.
