Cancellation Policy Refund terms on the start date of the experience Cancel within the first 8 days and receive a full refund Cancellation from the first 7 days to the first 3 days will be charged a 20% handling fee If canceled within the first 2 days, we will charge a 50% handling fee Fees from the day before to the same day are non-refundable If the cancellation request is made by a local guide, the fee will be fully refunded How to change the date 1. The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer. 2. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated. 3. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events. 4. Date changes are not accepted within the departure date.
