**▎Activity precautions** **・Payment must be completed to be considered successful. Those who fail to pay will not be reserved.** **・Please do not record the whole process of the activity. To record fragments, you must obtain the consent of the teacher.** ・Please turn your mobile phone to vibrate when the activity is in progress, and please leave the classroom before talking on the phone. ・Please clean the utensils you use during the practical course. ・Please work together to keep the environment clean and create a beautiful class environment. **▎How to cancel or change** ・Courses may be canceled due to natural disasters (such as typhoons, etc.). You can choose to refund or switch courses (more refunds or less compensation). **・If there are insufficient registrations, the course will be cancelled. You can choose to refund or switch courses (more refunds will be made).** ・Conversion courses are only provided once. ・If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please inform your name and course 10 days before class, and we will arrange a refund or switch to another course for you. ・80% of the registration fee will be refunded if you cancel within 8 to 10 days before the class date.**If you cancel within 7 days of the class date, no refunds and course changes will be allowed. You can find a relative or friend to take the class on your behalf**. If you are unable to find relatives or friends to attend classes, only the class handouts will be provided and the finished product will not be retained. ・The handouts will be retained for one month.
