Mail delivery:Generally, it can be received the next day. You cannot specify the time to receive the package. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. The shipping fee is $100/item.
Black Cat Home Delivery:Generally, you can receive it the next day. You can specify to receive it before 1 am/6 pm. No delivery on Sundays. The shipping fee is calculated by volume, $170~$240

◾ All products are subject to appointment. It is recommended to make an appointment 5 to 10 days in advance. If you have urgent orders, you can write to us in advance to ask if you can place an order.

◾ If the flowers are in poor condition or out of stock, please allow the florist to replace them with similar flowers of the same color.

◾ The product does not need watering. Please place it in a dry and ventilated place, avoid moisture and direct sunlight. On rainy days, you can turn on the dehumidifier to keep the flowers dry.
