VENUS PENCILS is a pencil company from the United States, which has been manufactured since 1905. Jinxing Pencil specializes in selling high-quality pencils to artists and designers. It started manufacturing earlier than other pencil brand companies and was the most popular pencil brand during the First World War. In 1967 the company changed its name to VENUS Esterbrook. By 1973, the company was acquired by Faber-Castell of Germany. Nowadays, most of VENUS PENCILS are out of print, and the existing antique pieces are worth collecting.
