This is a miniature of a devil's tile that sits on the roof of a Buddhist temple.
The powerful shape was created by me, ONITETSU, and the firing was done by a tile maker in Awaji Island, Japan,
In other words, this is a miniature onigawara made of real roof tiles.
The mouth is wide open, making it one of the most powerful onigawara in my series. The animal-like horns are also a feature.
Of course, this is a completely one-of-a-kind piece, hand-built from scratch.
It is 13.5cm wide and 11cm high, and comes with a metal stand.
