● Washing method
Gentle hand wash (only cold water wash) / dry clean, never machine wash! !
Dry it flat to prevent the clothes from being pulled and deformed, and can accept steam ironing at a suitable temperature.
Light colors need to be washed separately, do not mix with dark clothes.
It is necessary to completely dilute the cleaning agent into water before putting it into the clothes. Pouring the detergent directly on the clothes may cause stains and partial fading.
Winter clothes are more delicate and darker in color. You only need to wash 1-2 times throughout the winter. Frequent washing can easily cause fabric erosion.

If the clothes are in stock, we will ship them for you within 2 to 3 days.
Because our clothes are made in small batches, sometimes we encounter the situation that the current batch of clothes is sold out and the next batch is still being produced in the processing factory. In this case, we will complete the production in the processing factory and pass our quality After testing, we will help you to ship the goods. The waiting time for shipment during this period is about 5-20 days. If you have any questions about the shipping time after placing the order, you can contact us at any time for confirmation.
● About transportation
Under normal circumstances, the product can be received about 7-10 days after shipment, except during peak international shipping periods, where the shipping time may be longer during peak periods.
All mailed products will be transported to the airport first, and then sent by air to the mailing destination. After customs clearance is completed, they will be transferred to the local transportation company for home delivery.
Friends in Taiwan can also choose "SF Express" for mailing, so that the transportation speed will be faster (about 3-4 days), but the freight will be relatively more expensive, and the difference in freight needs to be made up.
