All works are "made to order" styles. Production will only begin after the order is placed, so customization takes time and will generally be shipped within 10-14 working days. If you need urgent service, please send us a private message first.
All works are handmade, so each piece of jewelry will not be exactly the same, and there may be deviations between the photos and the actual objects. In addition, photos will inevitably have color differences due to computer color rendering, shooting light, or different personal perceptions. Please refer to the actual product for the final product.
All works are custom orders, so no returns or exchanges are accepted, thank you for your understanding. If there are special circumstances, please contact us first.
►Quality Assurance
MAG Creation has its own professional designers and workshops, taking care of everything from design to production. The entire process is monitored and controlled. The designers and craftsmen also have many years of experience, and the quality of their works is absolutely guaranteed.
We are committed to creating high-end jewelry. The diamonds inlaid in 18K gold are all E/F/G color. A diamond of 0.50ct (or above) will be clearly listed with the GIA certificate, including the 4C grade, cutting and polishing grade.
If the style requested by the customer is different from the current picture, the craftsman will need to provide a computer drawing for reference for the actual Stone inlay.
