- Participants must be aged 12+ to participate in this activity

- Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event. Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to observe, otherwise the course will be suspended and no refund will be issued

- Since designers are required to prepare materials and reserve seats in advance, no refunds will be given if canceled on the day of the event. Relatives and friends can be transferred to take classes/make custom orders/purchase goods instead.

- Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience activity to proceed smoothly and to the next class, please be on time. Those who are more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to enter. No rescheduling or refund will be allowed.

- Please note that due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and the materials need to be repurchased before production can continue.
If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.

- During the experience class, side shots of the event will be taken and uploaded to the brand's Facebook fan page and Instagram page after the event. It will be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform us on site before the event.

- Since there are many photos and videos taken on the side of the mobile phone, they will generally only be saved for 3 days. If not claimed, they will be completely deleted. Please understand that teachers are multi-tasked in the course and occasionally make mistakes. Please remember to take the initiative to send a private message within 3 days after class. We will not accept it after 3 days.

- No drinks or food are allowed in the classroom
