◆If you are unable to attend class after successfully registering, no refund will be provided. You are welcome to find someone to replace you or change the date.
(If you need to change the class date due to personal reasons, you must submit it three days in advance, and the time can only be changed once)
◆Cancellation on the day or lateness for more than 30 minutes will be deemed as giving up the course and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
◆If a natural disaster reaches the suspension standards announced by the administrative department, you can choose to postpone or refund according to the regulations.
◆Participants agree to accept the course's activity rules and precautions when taking the course.
◆To participate in this course, you need to provide your name and contact number so that we can verify your identity and provide course information. If you cannot provide the correct and complete information, you will not be able to participate in this course.
◆The studio will shoot the event process as needed and upload it to Facebook, IG and other social media groups after the event. Photos and videos containing your portrait may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff via private message or on-site, and we will pay special attention and make arrangements.
◆Your personal information will only be processed and used by our company and will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties. We will automatically delete your personal information within 1 month from the date of the course. You may request to query, read, copy, refill or correct your personal information before we delete your personal information stored on us, and you may request to stop collecting, processing, using or deleting your personal information.
