These beautiful porcelain Kueishan Island shaped chopstick rests are a beautiful blue hue and appear to be hand painted. Kueishan Island is a well-known symbol of Yilan County and it is frequently depicted in art and photographs, as well as visited by sightseers. It is an island in the Pacific Ocean currently administered under Toucheng Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. The island is the top of an andesite stratovolcano which rises from the seafloor. It is the only active volcano in Taiwan.
