Located in Puli, we of course use local agricultural products. After entering Wushe along Provincial Highway 14, we found Taiwanese cabbage grown by our aboriginal friends further inside Cuifeng. Although the leaves of Taiwanese cabbage are greener and the cabbages are not as big, they have more water content, stronger fibers, and taste crisper. Paired with local fresh vegetables and made into a special kimchi sauce, every bite is the delicious taste of Taiwan.
Rinse each leaf repeatedly, cut into bite-sized pieces, add salt and rub the leaves repeatedly until water comes out of the cabbage.
After soaking and squeezing the cabbage in salt water for a whole day, it is completely dehydrated and mixed with a unique spice sauce. It is then slightly fermented overnight, and the golden kimchi is ready! The production process is meticulous and hygienic, with no food additives or preservatives. We hope that everyone can eat it safely and healthily.

When making golden kimchi, you need to rub the cabbage repeatedly with salt to make it release water, then mix it with a unique seasoning sauce. After a day and a night of slight fermentation, it can be eaten.
