**【Change and Refund Rules】**
How to cancel a course:
* If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
* 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
* Cancellations will not be accepted within 3 days to the day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
* During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
* It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
* If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
* The date can be changed from 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time only, and is limited to activities of the same organizer.
* If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
* Events that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled.
* Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day of departure.
* It is recommended that if you need to reschedule within 3 days before the departure date, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
**【Other Notes】**
* Each person can only participate in the experience course once (if you have participated in the ABC experience course in the past, please do not sign up for this course). Only those who are 10 years old and over 130cm tall can participate; those under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents.
* The experience course is an experiential briefing session, which takes about 2 hours, part of the time is hand-made teaching (full practice); part of the time is ABC membership introduction and course description.
* Please bring your own apron and hand towels for class. If you don’t bring them, you can rent them from the classroom for 50 yuan a set.
* Arrive at the classroom 10 minutes before the start of the class to prepare; if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in this class and will not be refunded. It is recommended that you arrive at the classroom early to avoid affecting your rights to class.
* The registration process of the experience class is subject to "identity verification". Please bring your identity documents for verification. ID card, health insurance card, passport, driver's license, etc. are all acceptable. Those who do not bring or pass the verification process are not allowed to participate in the experience course of the day.
