Thank you very much Aunt Guo from Taiwan for her delicate thoughts. With her suggestions and help and the discussion of the drawings, I finally came out with this small backpack. Many details have been upgraded and changed. We are very satisfied with the final product. With her permission, we will share it with you.

The design says:
The inspiration comes from the dull look of the little yellow guy. The whole bag is stiff but full of streamliness, concise and generous. I have thought about whether to do some decorative embellishments before, but I feel that it will change the feeling of the whole bag, just let it go. Concise, keep it to our most original cute.

Upgrade 1: The transparent pouch with the card on the side has now been changed to a buckle (now many friends’ bus cards/yo-yo cards are ornaments)
Upgrade 2: Change the zipper to double zipper + thick leather tail
Upgrade 3: Add rivets on the bottom to prevent the bottom from being soiled and worn
Upgrade 4: Reinforced and fixed on the back

Other details:
1. The strap is removable and adjustable
2. Front zipper pocket, size: 165mm x 120mm x 60mm, can be put into daily mobile phones, short wallets, keys, skin care products, notebooks, earphone cable, power bank, etc.
3. The density of Italian vegetable tanned leather is high. When the bag is ready, it will be harder and the zipper opening will be tighter. After using it for a period of time, it will become more convenient.























1. Material selection
The leathers currently selected by the "Tangent Pie" are all A-grade fat vegetable tanned leather from Italy. Because it is a natural material, and the processing method used by the leather factory is a vegetable tannage process with minimal damage to the cortex, there are inevitably a small amount of "scars" and "wrinkles" and "blood muscles" on the leather surface. When we open the material, we will try our best to avoid it, or put these parts in the unobvious or non-stressed parts of the product.

2. Pure hand stitching
We did not use the sewing machine to make our products, all products were hand-sewn. Before sewing, you need to punch the seam hole in the leather with a special diamond cut. Only in this way can you produce a beautiful wave-shaped seam effect, which is also the biggest difference from the machine seam. Although this will greatly increase the production time of leather goods, it is also an important step for leather craftsmen to give leather goods soul and warm touch.

3. Hand edge banding and polishing.
Before the final product comes out, the last step is to sand the edges of the leather. In order to make the leather edge look smooth, round and natural. "Tangent school" has its own set of edge banding methods. First use sandpaper to polish the sharp edges of the leather repeatedly, then apply a layer of edge banding liquid to make the leather edge look smooth. After repeating 2-3 times, apply another layer of edge sealing wax, and finally use the sanding stick to repeatedly polish Until the leather edge looks smooth.

4. Hand dyed leather
"Tangent Pie" hand-dyed products currently use Fiebing's leather alcohol dyes imported from the United States. In order to dye evenly and naturally, we first need to wet the skin with water, and then apply the dye over and over again with a sponge, from light to dark, until we reach the color we want. After drying, a layer of fixing agent is added to increase the color fastness. Finally, use clean water to apply on the surface of the skin to wipe off the dust on the surface and make the color more uniform.
Because it is hand-dyed, there are subtle products between the colors of each bag, and each is unique.
